How is age calculated?
Age is counted in completed years since your date of birth. The calculator then counts the extra whole months and days since your last birthday, taking the different month lengths and leap years into account.
How do I calculate my age on a specific date?
Enter your date of birth, then change the "Age on" date. The calculator shows how old you were, or will be, on that day.
How old am I if I was born on February 29?
Leap-day babies age like everyone else. In years without a February 29, the calculator counts February 28 as your birthday, which is also the date most people celebrate. (Some countries legally use March 1 instead.)
How old will I be in a future year?
Set the "Age on" date to any future date, such as January 1, 2030, to see exactly how old you will be then.
